Job Summary
Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization, including operational, financial, compliance, and strategic areas. Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans to ensure effective coverage of high-risk zones, then conduct risk-based audits that test internal controls and evaluate mitigation strategies. Prepare clear, actionable audit reports with recommendations for control improvements and verify the implementation of these measures. Maintain and update the organization's risk management framework and collaborate with internal stakeholders, management, and external auditors to ensure effective risk coverage. Stay current on industry trends, auditing standards, and best practices to continuously improve audit processes and risk strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles, auditing standards, and internal controls
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management skills
