Job Summary
Draft, syndicate, and finalize legal entity reports for the United Kingdom in coordination with stakeholders. Assist with EMEA-wide risk assessment planning, execution oversight, and reporting to senior management. Address execution risks and coordinate activities for qualitative risk appetite assessments, legal entity reviews, and country risk ratings. Submit annual financial crime reports for UK regulated entities and respond to regulatory queries from Audit and examiners. Provide management information to governance forums and develop smart solutions using AI tools to improve processes. Support team administration of EMEA GFCC procedures. This Associate role within the EMEA Global Financial Crime Compliance Program focuses on AML and Sanctions Risk Assessment coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of regulations, with particular focus on financial crime
- Problem solving and project management skills
- Proficient use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- An interest in, and proficiency with, AI tools
- An ability to communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills including an ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
- An ability to adapt quickly to change and to be able to handle multiple deliverables
- Demonstrated personal initiative, leadership skills, and ability to deliver results
