Risk architecture - Associate

Associate in Risk Execution and Strategy leads User Acceptance Testing to plan and execute testing for business-critical strategic initiatives. Partners with technology groups, business partners, project analysts/managers, and external vendor resources to plan and execute the testing. Responsible for managing all aspects of the business testing function, defining strategies and approaches for UAT, and executing business scenarios in the UAT environment. Collaborates with stakeholders to clarify queries and share testing status, ensures testing artifacts are updated, reconciles test results across tests, and incorporates process improvements to boost efficiency. Supports automation activities, including building automation tools and reconciling automation results with manual testing outcomes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, 3-5 years of manual testing experience, familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, qTest, SQL, Unix, and experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, along with intellectual curiosity and the ability to work under pressure.
