Job Summary
As a Risk and QA Innovation Specialist on the Marketing QA team, you’ll partner with Legal and Compliance to stay current on marketing guidance, regulatory requirements, and policy updates, translating complex requirements into actionable materials and enablement resources. You’ll strengthen and scale QA through risk management, process improvement, and AI-forward automation, supporting audits, regulatory inquiries, and regulator responses with organized documentation and KPI reporting. You’ll help identify gaps and recurring issues across QA and compliance, proposing practical solutions to enhance controls, and contribute to evolving QA workflows by applying AI and automation to improve accuracy, scalability, and speed.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in a heavily regulated industry such as gaming, financial services, healthcare, or a similarly compliance-driven environment
