Job Summary
Process withdrawals and review KYC documents for patrons while investigating escalated payments and fraud-related customer contacts. Analyze player activity to identify and report potential fraud, assist with chargeback disputes, and update patron information to manually complete the KYC process. Log jurisdiction-specific account changes, intake additional documents as needed, and escalate issues to management. Provide feedback to the product and management teams regarding player issues while adhering to federal, state laws, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of iGaming, sports wagering, payment processing, and various payment methods/providers
- Experience with gambling industry and industry terminology, promotions, and gameplay
- Familiarity with data analysis and fraud detection
- Prior experience in financial services, compliance, or operations role
- Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
- Strong time management skills and able to prioritize multiple requests
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming certifications or licenses as required
