Job Summary
Lead risk management and patient safety initiatives by supporting incident investigation, event evaluation, and identification of potential claims, property loss, and organizational risk exposures across departments. Analyze patient safety and risk data to identify trends and patterns, driving proactive performance improvement initiatives and the development of corrective action plans. Partner with operational leaders and the Quality Management team to design and implement strategies that enhance patient safety, reduce risk, and improve overall health outcomes. This full-time, permanent role is located in a scenic area near Laurel, Montana, offering a small-town community with access to outdoor activities and local services. A Registered Nurse License and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing are required, with a Master's degree or higher preferred.
