Job Summary
Conduct risk and compliance research, including library and internet-based searches, to ensure contracts and operations align with regional, industry, state, and federal regulations. Create tracking systems and procedures to maintain up-to-date compliance documents, while collaborating with teammates to draft Standard Operating Procedures proposals. Evaluate tracking systems for effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and maintain accurate records in accordance with established policies. Handle routine inquiries and relay complex issues to leadership as appropriate. Perform administrative and analytical work to support risk prevention activities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Paralegal/Legal Studies or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Three years of office experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be able to lift weight of up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to crouch
- Must be able to reach
- Must be exposed to outdoor climate
- Must be able to navigate diverse terrain

- Bachelor's degree
