Job Summary
Build and manage the risk management, compliance, and information security framework for the Advertising Business Division. Identify risks in digital advertising, develop mitigation plans, and execute crisis management protocols. Conduct advertising audits for JICDAQ certification renewals and support new service launches. Create educational content, track training completion, and prepare reports on ISMS compliance status. Maintain the list of compliance officers and update the internal portal site. Collaborate with business units and corporate divisions to drive continuous improvement through the Education-Monitor-Assess-Improve-Report cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in any of the following fields: Risk Management, Compliance, Information Security, Internal Audit, General Affairs, or Legal Affairs
- Proficiency in basic PC skills (ability to create materials using Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to organize information logically and translate it into clear, written documentation
- Beyond merely enforcing 'correctness,' you respect others' perspectives and enjoy collaborating to find constructive solutions
- You enjoy communicating the importance of compliance in an accessible way to gain the cooperation of those around you
- You possess a proactive attitude, eager to learn and flexibly improve business processes within the fast-paced advertising industry
Desired Qualifications
- Professional experience in the advertising industry
- Experience supporting certification-related tasks such as ISMS or JICDAQ
- Experience in creating operational manuals, training materials, or educational content
- Experience in acquiring new knowledge and sharing it effectively within a team
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity through the application of technologies such as AI
- Project management skills
- English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 or equivalent capability)
- English (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
- Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
