Job Summary
Risk & BCP Analyst (Corporate Real Estate) responsible for consolidating inputs to prepare risk reports, reviewing risk events and root causes, supporting risk and control initiatives, conducting audits and maintaining the Risk & Control handbook/SOPs, coordinating with stakeholders on Policy/Standards rollout and staff risk training, and coordinating Business Continuity Plans and associated exercises. Role includes coordinating Unit risk assessments, BCP/pandemic/cyber tabletop simulations, and ensuring unit safety and health checks. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, strong analytical and communication skills, and an independent, detail-oriented approach. On-site location in Singapore.
