Risk Analyst (Project Controls, Data Centre Construction)

Job Summary
Monitor, analyze, and control project performance and risk on complex construction projects by overseeing risk impact on cost and timeline to drive early mitigation plans. Maintain and update the Omega 365 project risk register by adding risks, reflecting status and probability changes, and ensuring records remain complete and current. Liaise with Construction, Planning, and Cost managers to capture new risks, confirm changes, and document mitigation actions and owners. Coordinate with cost and planning teams to align risk records with schedule impact inputs and attend risk register reviews to drive timely updates and closure of actions. Perform data quality checks on entries and track mitigation actions to ensure completion within proposed timescales. Develop risk management reports and support knowledge sharing across the portfolio to ensure lessons are learned.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in project control, scheduling or project risk management
- hands on experience in Primavera P6
- experience as a risk analyst in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and best practices
- ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Can handle multiple projects and stakeholders from various time zones

- Are eager to learn new skills and knowledge for personal and business need
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and IT skill
- Experience with data analysis tools and risk management software
- You enjoy staying abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk management in the construction sectors
- All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally have professional certifications in risk management (e.g., PMI-RMP, IRM-Cert, etc)
- Are knowledgable in Safran, Primavera OPC, @risk, MS Project, Power BI an added advantage
