Job Summary
Risk Analyst/Risk Manager to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate financial, operational, compliance, and enterprise risks across the organization; responsibilities include enterprise risk management, compliance monitoring, internal controls, risk modeling, regulatory reporting, governance and audit readiness, and translating complex risk findings into actionable leadership recommendations; requires strong skills in SQL, Python/R/SAS, risk frameworks, and experience with GRC tools, dashboards, and board-level reporting; remote-friendly with collaboration across Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in risk analysis, risk management, compliance, audit, governance
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with GRC platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow, LogicManager
- Experience building risk models and performing quantitative analysis
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SOX, Basel III, Dodd-Frank, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and risk governance
- Ability to communicate risk insights to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience in remote work environments
