Risk Analyst

As a Risk Analyst, support the administration of the enterprise risk management system (ERMS) and related responsibilities to keep risk information accurate and usable. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating risk registers, coordinating and supporting the Enterprise Risk Management Team in training material development, monitoring the effectiveness of key controls, preparing and maintaining committee packs, agendas, risk dashboards and minutes, tracking actions from governance activities, ensuring confidentiality and organized files, collaborating with risk owners and stakeholders to gather risk data, and assisting in documenting the control environment for accurate risk assessments. The role also involves staying current with risk management frameworks, regulatory updates, and industry best practices, plus providing general administrative support to the Risk Management Specialist and team, with opportunities to contribute to future ERM enhancements and reporting. Essential skills include strong verbal and written communication, cross-functional collaboration, project management, meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a Bachelors-level qualification in Internal/External Audit or related field is preferred, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
