Risk Adjustment Business Development Manager

Job Summary
Lead development of new business plans/strategies for Government Risk Adjustment initiatives including Medicaid risk methodologies, CDPS models, and risk-score accuracy improvements. Analyze current and projected product lines to determine optimal strategy, oversee research and analysis on external environment, monitor competitive patterns, consolidate data into concise business plans, and develop/implement project plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to support Medicaid and Medicare Advantage risk-adjustment efforts, leverage data on health insurance/managed care trends, and drive revenue initiatives. Requires BA/BS and 5+ years of related experience; healthcare risk adjustment domain and vendor management experience preferred. Role is hybrid with in-office presence 1-2 days per week, nationwide location eligibility within commuting distance, and vaccination requirements for patient-facing roles as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Healthcare Risk Adjustment experience preferred
- Vendor Management experience preferred
- Strong communication skills across organizational levels
