Job Summary
In-home care for clients in Mohrsville, PA and surrounding areas as a Home Health Aide (HHA). Responsibilities include personal care (hygiene and dressing), incontinence care and mobility support, companionship and emotional support, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Duties vary by client and shift and are tailored to each care plan. Flexible schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts; full-time or part-time opportunities. Must have or pursue CNA certification, complete required state competency test, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and be willing to accept client assignments from a waitlist to qualify for rate. TB test or chest X-ray within one week of hire. Travel to clients’ homes; care is provided in clients’ homes with variable locations.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray (must be completed within one week of hire)
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Willingness to accept client assignments from our waitlist to qualify for special rate
