Job Summary
Support assigned staff with classroom activities, events, or administrative tasks as needed. Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of school events, performances, or programs. Help supervise and support students during designated activities under staff direction. Manage organization, materials, or logistics per supervising staff. Model school expectations for safety, respect, and responsibility. Maintain confidentiality and follow all policies, including check-in/check-out procedures. Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding availability and follow direction at all times. Represent Jefferson RISE positively within the school and broader community.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check as required by school and state policy
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to agreed-upon schedule or events
- Comfortable working with adolescents in a school setting
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
