Job Summary
Manage the RIS & Incubation budget, including forecasting, OPEX planning, accrual management, and spend tracking to support strategic decision-making. Formulate complex statistical and financial models for forecasting, define KPIs to measure business performance, and establish processes for identifying and addressing performance gaps. Lead cross-functional teams across business planning activities, contribute to priority projects with creative insights, and develop go-forward recommendations based on potential risks and returns. Identify cutting-edge analytical tools and methods for key business decisions. Support employee engagement programs, communications, and compliance with HP policies. Full-time role in Spain; requires 7-10 years of experience in strategy, planning, or operations.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field
