Assist the Retail Manager in achieving sales and profit targets by being physically present, demonstrating leadership, and providing exceptional customer service. Effectively manage the team, implement company policies, and handle wages and expenses within budget constraints. Oversee merchandising, stock management, and ensure the store is stocked by moving quickly throughout the store and backroom, including lifting boxes, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods. Report directly to the Store Manager and adhere to your roster.
