Job Summary
Support the Store Manager to lead the crew and keep the store running strong by stepping up to take the lead when needed on the floor. Build a motivated, high-energy team that backs each other and help create a store people want to be part of. Keep things moving day to day, managing people, performance, and store operations and standards to drive results while creating a great in-store experience.
