Job Summary
Experienced and highly motivated full-time Assistant Retail Manager to help manage our Brisbane DFO Store. You will be involved in ensuring the overall profitable operation, leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales targets, and reporting results. Responsibilities include rosters and staff recruitment and development, supporting the store manager with training and coaching your crew, and maintaining strong product knowledge with a passion for surf lifestyle. Must be available to work a roster that may include weekend and/or evening shifts. Strong computer skills to confidently produce reports, and an affinity with surfing and the board riding lifestyle.
