Job Summary
Manage allocations and replenishment activities across your assigned division and store portfolio to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time. Execute stock allocation strategies to maximise sales, inventory productivity and customer demand while supporting new season launches, promotional campaigns and key trading periods. Monitor sales, inventory levels and trading performance to identify risks and opportunities, optimising stock levels through transfers, consolidations and inventory rebalancing initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making and trading performance by partnering closely with Planning, Buying, Retail and Distribution Centre teams. Contribute to post-season analysis, sizing reviews and future inventory planning while maintaining accurate allocation data and supporting continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in allocation, merchandise planning or inventory management within a retail, fashion or consumer products environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales trends, inventory performance and trading data
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with retail planning and inventory systems
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing a store portfolio or product division will be highly regarded
