Job Summary
Lead daily team operations, coaching, and training while ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures, policies, and brand standards. Manage site maintenance and equipment functionality, reporting mechanical issues immediately to leadership. Drive sales through memberships and loyalty programs, responding to congested areas based on business flow fluctuations. Maintain overall site appearance across the tunnel, equipment, lot, and restrooms, and handle incident claim initial contacts. Work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays, performing physical duties such as bending, squatting, and carrying up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Is willing to work a 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry up to 40 pounds short distances
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Related management experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
