Job Summary
Oversee car wash operations by working directly with the Site Leader, leading the team in their absence, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures and brand standards. Assist with coaching, training, and development of staff while driving sales, memberships, and loyalty programs. Maintain a clean and safe site, manage chemical inventory, and address equipment issues immediately. Respond to congested areas based on business flow fluctuations. Work minimum 45 hours per week including weekends and holidays, standing for extended periods outdoors in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Is willing to work a minimum of 45 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry up to 40 pounds short distances
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Related management experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
