Job Summary
Right-of-Way Mapping Technician/Specialist supports Professional Surveyor in applying surveying methods to produce right-of-way maps and exhibits. Responsibilities include QA/QC of field data, preparing sketches and descriptions from field data, processing GPS data, and producing Right-of-way Control Maps and Right-of-way Maps using OpenRoads Designer, Geopak, MicroStation SS10, and AutoCAD Civil 3D, with awareness of FDOT procedures. Candidate should have 3+ years in surveying/mapping, knowledge of UAVs/LiDAR is a plus, and ability to work independently; position offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or field related work experience and/or Certification in related field acceptable
