Job Summary
Manager leading the Right of Way Enforcement (ROWE) within Denver's DOTI. Directs strategic and operational areas of ROWE, implements plans and goals, ensures adherence to division procedures, and oversees daily operations including a new First Level Review program. Coaches and develops staff, sets clear goals, delivers performance feedback, and fosters process improvements to enhance efficiency and the customer/community experience. Brings experience in parking enforcement, transportation operations, compliance, or related regulatory fields, with strong leadership, collaboration with partners and stakeholders, and proficiency with enforcement technology and data/reporting tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Three (3) years of experience at the type and level of functional or operational management, including management of professional individual contributors
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience in parking enforcement, transportation operations, compliance, or related regulatory field
