Job Summary
Support right-of-way acquisition and relocation programs under direction by assisting with documentation, data entry, and coordination of site visits, with duties including assembling standard documents, maintaining acquisition/relocation files, preparing routine communications, gathering parcel information, scheduling visits, and assisting with relocation file setup and vendor coordination. The role involves data entry in acquisition/relocation systems, preparing occupancy surveys, accompanying senior agents on site visits to take notes and collect photos, and ensuring compliance through quality control checklists. Requires a Bachelor's degree or 0-2 years of ROW experience, valid licenses, and ability to travel and work remotely in varying locations. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Earth, ArcGIS, and data management software is emphasized, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 0-2 years Right of Way or related experience
- Current Real Estate and/or Notary Public licenses in relevant state(s)
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to work sites
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth, ArcGIS and data management software
- Ability to work independently and remotely in various locations inspecting buildings and land, travel throughout the state, and sit or stand for long periods of time
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner
- Availability for occasional evening and weekend work to meet project deadlines or special events
- Maintain confidential nature of communications
