Job Summary
The Sr. Right of Way Acquisition Agent will research, negotiate, and purchase land agreements and right of way for electric transmission construction. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in the Right of Way industry and knowledge of property valuation and legal issues related to land acquisitions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in the Right of Way industry
- Real Estate License preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Knowledge of settlement instruments and contract terms
- Ability to perform land title research
