Job Summary
Coordinate production flow in a manufacturing area by relieving bottlenecks, learning all positions, filling in as needed, identifying part/resource shortages, and facilitating Lean Manufacturing processes; communicate issues to Supervisors/Engineers, complete work orders, and request cross-department assistance as needed. Requires ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds, familiarity with hand tools, pneumatic/hydraulic tools, forklifts, and a materials-tracking system; travel up to 10% and willingness to work long hours/shifts.
Required Qualifications

- Previous lead position experience (preferred)
