Job Summary
Rigging Supervisor responsible for coordinating labor and equipment for rigging jobs, overseeing rigging crews, planning and executing rigging work, estimating tools and labor, inspecting gear for wear, training and mentoring entry-level riggers, and ensuring safe, efficient operations in accordance with company guidelines and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree (Associates or Bachelors) in construction, project management, or related field helpful; OSHA 30 training; strong communication and leadership skills; ability to plan, estimate, organize, and supervise rigging crews; physical ability for hands-on work; proficiency with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office; English language literacy
