Job Summary
Oversee daily rigging operations at the Hilton Anatole, ensuring efficient resource planning, execution, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with Venue Leadership, Sales Teams, and Technical staff to interpret blueprints, assign tasks to Technicians, and manage labor coordination and budget oversight. Provide coaching to Rigging staff, troubleshoot operational issues, and prepare load calculations to ensure safety. Manage equipment inventory, requisitions, and inspections while partnering with clients to determine labor needs for load-ins and load-outs. Submit necessary documentation and verify equipment returns. Requires five years of Technical Overhead Rigging experience, ETCP certification preferred, and up to 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or Bachelors
- Minimum of five (5) years of Technical Overhead Rigging experience
- Ability to interpret floor plans and three-dimension drawings
- AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks proficiency
- Understanding of Rigging safety procedures
- Familiarity with local union jurisdictions and rules
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications, establishing Sharepoint sites and Teams presentations, as required
- Strong written and verbal skills necessary to complete assigned tasks and excellent project management skills a must
- Thorough knowledge of company and departmental policies and procedures
- Up to 10% travel required
Desired Qualifications
- Related field experience preferred
- ETCP Rigger Arena/Theater certification preferred
