Rigger - Full Time

Rigger responsible for installing and connecting motors and accessories on boats or ATVs per factory specifications or work orders, using mechanical and power tools. Responsibilities include rigging boat packages, notifying the Service Manager of issues, ensuring timely service, preparing motors/trailers for delivery, testing units for proper operation, handling parts and paperwork per work orders, compiling warranty packages, completing rigging checklists, installing optional equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and performing all other duties as assigned. Requires the ability to work with electrical systems and wiring, communicate professionally with customers and coworkers, and lift up to 50 pounds in a non-air conditioned environment.
