Job Summary
Rigger installs and connects motors and accessories on boats or ATVs using mechanical and power tools per factory specifications and work orders. Tasks include rigging boat packages, notifying the Service Manager of any issues, preparing components for delivery, testing units for proper and safe operation, following work order procedures, compiling warranty packages, completing rigging checklists, installing optional equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and performing ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. Requires the ability to deal with electrical systems and wiring, communicate professionally with customers and colleagues, and establish working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers. Travel is not required. Full-time position with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent experience
