Job Summary
Lead rigging crews on job sites to ensure safe, correct execution of heavy lifting and transport plans; enforce OSHA rules and company safety standards; inspect rigging gear, cranes, forklifts, and trucks; communicate plans clearly to crew and site supervisors; identify hazards and keep projects moving safely on schedule. Requires 7+ years in heavy industrial lifting/machine moving, strong rigging equipment knowledge (cranes, tractor trailers, forklifts), and demonstrated leadership with a safety-focused mindset. OSHA 10 certification and forklift certification are preferred; CDL preferred (Class A ideal).
