Job Summary
Rigger responsible for installing and connecting motors and accessories on boats or ATVs per factory specifications and work orders; rigs boat packages, tests units for proper and safe operation, prepares units for delivery, notifies management of issues, compiles warranty packages, and completes rigging checklists. Requires ability to handle electrical systems and wiring, communicate professionally with customers and colleagues, and work under general supervision to follow established procedures. Full-time role with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid holidays and vacation.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent experience
- Ability to deal with electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in non-air conditioned environment
