Job Summary
Rigger position focused on installing and connecting motors and accessories on boats or ATVs according to factory specs and work orders. Responsibilities include rigging boat packages, testing units for proper operation, preparing motors/trailers for delivery, handling parts requests and paperwork, compiling warranty packages, performing rigging checklists and assisting with inspections, and installing optional equipment per customer requests. Requires basic technical skills with electrical systems and wiring, strong customer-facing communication, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a non-air conditioned environment. Full-time role with Bass Pro Shops offering benefits and a patient concern for world-class customer service.
