Job Summary
Conduct lifting and movement of heavy equipment and materials by inspecting all applicable rigging gear. Plan lifts using the weight of the load, lifting capacity of equipment, and other relative information needed to plan safely any heavy load movement. Attach loads using slings, chains, cables, hooks, shackles, and other related equipment. Signal to the operator during lifts with clear instructions.
