Job Summary
Install, repair, remove, and maintain various company tools and equipment while working in the shop, yard, and on location. Assist with safely rigging up and rigging down jobs, loading and unloading trailers, and cleaning or rebuilding equipment as needed. Prepare paperwork including DVIRs, JSA sheets, and job checklists, and communicate with managers and customers before, during, and after job completion. Maintain equipment repair logs and troubleshoot malfunctioning parts on company and production equipment. This role requires a non-CDL operator who will not drive commercial motor vehicles but must be able to receive forklift and telehandler certifications. Candidates must be available for extensive travel, 24/7 on-call rotation, and all-weather conditions while adhering to strict safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to travel an extensive amount of days
- Must be on call 24/7
- Must be able to work across state lines
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be proficient with a computer/laptop including Company applications (iScout, UKG Pro, etc.)
- Ability to work and drive-in all-weather conditions
- Ability to operate hand tools
- Basic math skills
- Must have mechanical abilities
- Must maintain a safe driving record as prescribed by company policy
- Must successfully pass pre- and post-employment drug and alcohol tests per company policy
