Job Summary
Directs crew members in rigging up guy-lines and operating wellhead and production equipment, positions the rig, handles routine maintenance and safety procedures, conducts hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety briefings, completes Field Service Reports, and ensures customer satisfaction on site. Requires experience with rig operations, driving heavy equipment, and compliance with SOPs/HSE; must conduct route planning, safety observations, and develop Job Safety Plans; involved in equipment inspections/audits and interacting with customers. Well Control training is required within 30 days; MVR is required to drive company vehicles; CDL preferred. Willing to work in outdoor, non-office environments with rigorous physical tasks and long/irregular hours. Location: Wilmington, CA; pay range $30.89-$34.00/hour (annualized to $64,247 - $70,720).
Required Qualifications
- Two years or more of recent workover rig operating or oil well servicing experience
- Well Control training required within 30 days
- Motor Vehicle Record qualifies the individual to be an approved company driver required
- Commercial driver’s license preferred
