Job Summary
Organize available work, assign tasks to team members, and adjust distribution as needed to maximize productivity and ensure accurate task completion. Champion a safe, inclusive environment by supporting team members in following company policies, procedures, and safety expectations while maintaining an organized work environment. Provide clear communication during daily shift handoff meetings, complete assigned responsibilities as directed by your supervisor, and perform other duties as required to support operational success.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
- Comfort with basic math
- Self motivated approach
- Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Willingness to hold team members accountable in a fair and supportive way
- Successful completion of Emerson's training on all required equipment, which may include fork trucks, standing Crown pick trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience coordinating team workflow or leading small groups
- Familiarity with distribution center processes, safety practices, or productivity tools
- Ability to adapt work assignments quickly to meet shifting priorities
