Job Summary
Seasonal part-time rides operator role at Comerica Park handling the Carousel and Ferris Wheel, delivering a safe and engaging guest experience. Responsibilities include operating rides, enforcing safety policies, checking in/out equipment, processing ticket payments via POS, assisting guests with directions and questions, promoting ride information, maintaining cleanliness and safety, reporting issues promptly, and coordinating with supervision. Requires strong customer service, ability to stand for long periods, outdoor work in varying weather, ability to work long hours including nights and holidays, and passing a criminal background check; 18 years of age minimum. Positioned within an outdoor ballpark environment with event-driven hours.
