Job Summary
Provide technical product support for Firestone air helper springs and onboard control systems via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot installation and usage issues; guide clients through step-by-step solutions; serve as liaison between customer service, sales, and engineering to relay feedback and identify warranty issues; document interactions and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction; stay up to date with technology trends and participate in ongoing training to improve technical knowledge and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical product support experience preferred
- Salesforce, LiveVox, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SAP experience preferred
- Must be able to work independently and multi-task a balanced workflow
- Must be able to communicate effectively to audiences that may require technical explanation
