Job Summary
Supervise ride locations, train and coach team members, and respond to emergency calls while ensuring all safety procedures are followed. Monitor attraction areas for situational awareness, enforce park policies, and coordinate with maintenance on equipment issues. Provide clear direction to guests and associates regarding safety, assist with loading, unloading, and crowd control, and accurately complete operational paperwork. Maintain reliability by working assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and odd hours, while motivating team members to ensure the highest level of guest service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to provide effective communication in a professional manner at all times
- Minimum of two year's supervisory experience within a service, hospitality, or retail industry
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs
- Must be willing to work odd and irregular hours
- Must possess a valid state driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Previous ride operator experience a plus
