Job Summary
This seasonal Ride Operator role at SeaWorld involves providing exceptional guest service, monitoring rides, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and assisting guests with ride admission requirements. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess strong communication skills, customer service dedication, and the ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities
- A commitment to great customer service
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull 50lbs
- Comfortable with heights
- Must successfully pass American Red Cross certification trainings to include CPR and AED
- Able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stop moving objects depending on work location
