Job Summary
Perform daily inspections of assigned rides to ensure safe operation and locate malfunctions through visual checks and auditory analysis. Execute rehab work, erect, repair, and troubleshoot various theme park attractions while removing defective parts with hand and power tools. Conduct routine preventative maintenance and track all inspections and repairs in Maximo, maintaining accurate logs. Communicate downtime issues to Maintenance and Operations Management while complying with manufacturer guidelines and state regulations. Requires valid driver's license, ability to work at heights over 200 feet, and willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a mechanic

- Willingness to work in a high performance team environment
- 18 years old or older
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work at heights over 200 feet
- Able to lift 50 lbs. without difficulty
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including lifting, bending, standing for long periods of time, climbing, etc.
- Able to successfully complete pre-employment background screening
