Ride Consultant /Service Technician

Job Summary
Conduct repairs, servicing, and bike builds from start to finish, with workshop time reaching 80% during summer peaks. Own the service experience by taking work in with precision, setting expectations, and delivering WOW moments through honest advice and rider retention. Drive sales by inspiring confident purchases and following up every enquiry, while mastering workshop craft alongside Lightspeed POS and Hubtiger systems. Maintain full availability Tuesday through Saturday, lifting 25kg+ and standing for long periods. Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
- 2–3 years of high-performance retail or sales experience, with results to show for it
- 1–2 years as a bicycle mechanic (preferred)

- Great communication and a team-first attitude
- Availability across weekends
