Job Summary
Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy sessions, dialysis, and approved outings while assisting them in and out of the vehicle, including those using wheelchairs or walkers. Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle checks, maintain logs of trips and times, ensure proper restraint use, and keep the vehicle clean and ready. Team with nursing and scheduling staff to coordinate appointments and follow infection control and confidentiality guidelines. Maintain a calm, helpful demeanor during trips and provide support when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience driving wheelchair-accessible or medical transport vehicles
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Willingness to get certified in CPR/First Aid
