Job Summary
Conduct pre-opening safety checks to confirm equipment and ride areas are clean and ready for use. Assist guests in operating vehicles safely by explaining rules and guidelines while monitoring guest flow and intervening promptly on potential safety concerns. Confirm riders meet requirements, ensure proper use of safety gear, and respond to emergencies calmly. Greet guests with enthusiasm, answer questions, and address concerns to maintain a positive atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas, reporting maintenance issues to supervisors. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays with physical stamina for extended standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly, approachable attitude
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
