Job Summary
Advise clients on ServiceNow implementation strategy, configuration, and design while facilitating workshops and specificating processes based on customer interactions. Lead smaller or larger implementation projects alongside senior consultants, focusing on areas such as HR, ITOM, and IRM. Collaborate with customers across the entire lifecycle from startup to final delivery, ensuring seamless integration and value delivery for both public and private sector organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Konsulenterfaring fra IT Service Management-branchen
- Erfaring med ServiceNow, herunder erfaring med at konfigurere løsninger
- Flydende i dansk og engelsk – både i skrift og tale
Desired Qualifications
- Erfaring med JavaScript, HTML, C# eller lign
- Lyst og er nysgerrig på at holde dig ajour med teknisk viden indenfor ServiceNow og AI
