Job Summary
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons for teenage students following the ANGLO syllabus, emphasizing speaking and listening skills. Liaise with the Teaching Manager regarding teaching and student matters, while planning classes, marking work, and completing weekly schemes of work. Select supplementary materials sensitive to students' cultural backgrounds and ensure they are prepared for presentations, excursions, and cultural visits. Maintain accurate attendance registers, respond to incidents, and provide feedback on student work. Adhere to safeguarding policies, attend teacher briefings and CPD sessions, and accurately complete academic reports.
Required Qualifications
- You have the right to work in the UK
- University degree
- TEFLI qualification or equivalent experience (e.g.: CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, PGCE, 120 hour TEFL course)
- Native or near-native English fluency
