Job Summary
Outside Sales Representatives will drive 100% B2B new business development for a leading PEO, prospect and manage the full sales cycle from cold calls to contracts, meet with decision-makers to present tailored HR/payroll/benefits solutions, and build a regional book of business with no assigned territories. The role emphasizes hunting for new prospects, in-person intro meetings, and value-based solutions to help small businesses become simpler, safer, and stronger. The package includes a base salary in the $40k–$55k range with uncapped commissions and KPI bonuses, extensive benefits, and a hybrid/flexible scheduling structure tied to tenure and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside B2B sales (preferred)
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- Ability to manage full sales cycle from cold call to contract
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Resilience, coachability, grit, and a strong drive
- Desire for structured sales training and career growth
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with tenure/performance
- Knowledge of or experience with PEOs or HR services is a plus
