Job Summary
Paraprofessional position at Achievement First for the 2026-27 school year. Responsible for developing and maintaining behavior systems to support students, providing administrative support during critical times (breakfast, lunch, dismissal), building rapport with students, and collaborating with staff to ensure a rigorous, joyful, and safe environment. Requires strong instructional and classroom management skills, commitment to student success, teamwork, excellent communication, and organizational abilities. Educational background must include either a high school diploma with ParaPro exam passing score or 60 college credits (AA/BA), with RIDE Teaching Assistant Training Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of hire. Compensation includes a hourly rate of $20.86 and full-time benefits; Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
